The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing quality dental care and promoting oral health in a professional and compassionate manner. Our office is a private practice with one dentist located in the heart of Lakeway, Texas. Dr. D'Alfonso, DDS-PA has been providing outstanding dental care for more than twenty-five years and is exceptional to work with. He has a sustaining membership with the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry, is a Fellow with the International Congress of Oral Implantologists and is a Good Fellow with the Texas Dental Association. Our practice provides general dentistry specializing in cosmetic and implant treatment services. We utilize cutting edge technologies and a team focused approach as we personalize treatment offerings for each and every patient. Our team is cohesive, professional and fun! *** PERFORMANCE BONUSES are a competitive aspect of our generous compensation package *** Responsibilities include: - Back office patient intake (health history, imaging, vitals, documentation) - Patient education - Assisting the doctor during procedures - Cleaning and sterilization - Room setup/take down - Charting - Patient flow management - Coordination with the and front office - Ordering Supplies -Lab Tracking Skills: - Proficiency in general dentistry hygiene procedures - Experience with Dentrix software for medical documentation - Utilize iTero scanner taking and discussing iTero scans - Knowledge of medical terminology related to dental procedures - Strong understanding of infection control practices - Skill in conducting patient assessments and recording vital signs accurately - The ability to study and learn quickly - A knowledge of dental terminology and procedures - Excellent communication and customer service skills If you are a dedicated Registered Dental Assistant with a passion for oral health and patient care, we invite you to apply.
