Managing / Partner Dentist – Riverside We are seeking an experienced, motivated Managing Dentist with a clear path to partnership for a long-term opportunity in Riverside County. This role is ideal for a doctor who wants more than an associate position—someone eager to lead, build, and grow into multiple locations while maintaining high clinical and ethical standards. Position Overview: This is a leadership-focused role offering the opportunity to grow into an equity partner. The Managing Dentist will oversee clinical operations, mentor providers, and play a key role in strategic growth and expansion within Riverside County. Key Responsibilities: Provide high-quality, patient-centered general dentistry Lead and support clinical teams to ensure excellent patient care Collaborate with ownership on business strategy, growth, and expansion Participate in opening and overseeing multiple locations Maintain strong clinical production while mentoring associate doctors Ensure compliance with all state regulations and practice standards Qualifications: DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school Active and unrestricted California dental license 3–5+ years of hands-on clinical experience preferred Previous experience in a leadership or managing dentist role strongly desired Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for practice growth and ownership Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead and inspire teams Must reside in Riverside County and intend to stay long-term If you are a driven and dedicated dentist looking to transition into a managing and partner role with the ability to grow multiple practices while staying rooted in Riverside County, we would love to speak with you.
