Front Office Specialist for a Pediatric Dental Office (Bilingual) - Bridger Children's Dentistry - Bozeman, MT

We are southwest Montana’s leading pediatric dental practice looking for a bilingual (Spanish/English) Front Office specialist to join our close-knit team. We pride ourselves on providing exceptional care for the amazing children and families of our community. We are dedicated to quality dental care in an energetic, friendly, non-judgmental environment. We are looking for a dependable and self-motivated team player. Experience is preferred but willing to train someone with a great attitude and willingness to learn. Duties include (but not limited to): Assisting with patient communication in English and Spanish Answering calls and scheduling patients Greeting patients Coordinating insurance claims and financial arrangements Strong organizational skills Basic computer skills Multitasking Demonstrating regular, punctual and reliable attendance We provide care for patients 4 days/week averaging approximately 35 hours/week. Successful candidates will possess a strong work ethic, a desire to learn in a patient-focused dental environment with a positive and friendly approach.
