What you will do: The Dental Assistant I is an entry-level role providing clinical and administrative support to the dental team within a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) setting. This position supports the dental providers in delivering high-quality, patient-centered oral health care to the dental patients. Works collaboratively with the dental team by assisting during clinical procedures, preparing and maintaining instruments and treatment areas, performing laboratory work, and providing excellent patient service. Successful completion of a dental assistant program and dental assisting experience required Current Pennsylvania Radiology certification or Pennsylvania state-issued licensure required Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) skills preferred Demonstrates excellent interpersonal communication skills and ability to use Electronic Health Records (EHR) programs
