Dental Hygienist - Cross Creek Family Dentistry - Roanoke Rapids, NC

Responsibilities: - Perform dental hygiene procedures, including cleaning, scaling, and polishing teeth - Digital x-rays - Assess patients' oral health and provide appropriate treatment recommendations - Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and preventive care measures - Administer local anesthesia and nitrous oxide as needed - Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records - Assist the dentist during procedures as necessary Requirements: - Valid dental hygiene license in the state of North Carolina - Knowledge of dental coding and terminology - Proficiency in Dentrix preferred but willing to train - Strong communication skills to effectively interact with patients and dental team members - Ability to maintain strict adherence to aseptic technique and infection control protocols *DAII Hygienist Assistant *Sign on Bonus *New Grads Welcome to apply with current license Please note that this job description is not exhaustive and additional responsibilities may be assigned as needed.
