We are looking for an amazing Dental Front Office Coordinator to join our private practice with a beautiful view of Lake Tahoe! Monday: 7:30am - 5pm Tuesday: 7:30am - 5pm Wednesday: 8:30am - 4pm Thursday: 7:30am - 3:30pm Friday: 7:30am -3:30pm Saturday: Off Sunday: Off Responsibilities: The Front Office Coordinator should: Meet and greet our patients as our number one priority. Develop productive schedules. Manage patient documents and records. Engage and foster patients through a positive experience. Present treatment plans and collect payments Arrange payment plans for patients Knowledge of dental insurance verification Qualifications: Warm and friendly personalities are welcomed! Knowledge of Dental Insurance and Treatment planning is preferred but open to training someone Knowledge or willingness to learn dental operations Must possess a strong desire to meet performance standards.
