Here are the qualifications and qualities we're seeking: Education and Licensure: You should have an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Dental Hygiene and a current State of Ohio License. Certifications: Current radiology certification and CPR & BLS certification are essential. Experience: While one to three years of experience is preferred, we're open to embracing and training a new graduate. Skills and Qualities: We value excellent communication, time management, accountability, integrity, a caring chairside manner, and a strong understanding of HIPAA. Responsibilities: Includes, but is not limited to providing clinical oral hygiene services including dental prophylaxis, scaling, root planning, sealant application, and fluoride application consistent with accepted professional practices and standards and in compliance with applicable state law and Anthony Dental Care policies and procedures.
