Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Dental Assistant to join our professional and friendly team. Responsibilities: Assist the dentist during dental procedures, including preparing instruments and materials Take and develop dental X-rays Perform coronal polishing and fluoride treatments Sterilize and disinfect instruments and equipment Educate patients on oral health care and post-operative instructions Record patient medical and dental histories and vital signs Schedule patient appointments and follow-up visits Perform office management duties, including inventory and ordering supplies Qualifications/Experience Requirements: Completion of an accredited dental assistant program and current registration with the state dental board Current certification in CPR and radiology At least 3 years of experience as a registered dental assistant preferred Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Knowledge of dental terminology and procedures Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail Schedule: Tuesday â Friday Must be able to work 2 Saturdays per month 30-40 hours/week (overtime possible) Pay Rate: depending on experience Benefits: Salary increase (may qualify after 3-month probation period) Supplemental bonus pay Employee discount for dental treatment Sick Pay/ Flexible Schedule Professional training and development assistance offered Job Type: Full-time Pay: $17.00 - $28.00 per hour Benefits: Employee discount Paid sick time Work Location: In person
