Position Overview The Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) plays a key role in supporting clinical procedures, maintaining an efficient operatory flow, and ensuring patient comfort. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and confident in both chairside assisting and clinical responsibilities. Responsibilities Assist the dentist during procedures using four-handed dentistry Prepare and maintain treatment rooms and sterilize instruments Take digital X-rays and intraoral photos Manage infection control and OSHA compliance standards Support patient comfort, education, and post-op instructions Maintain accurate clinical documentation and patient records Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies Collaborate with the dental team to ensure smooth daily operations Qualifications Current Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) license X-ray certification required Knowledge of dental instruments, procedures, and materials Familiarity with dental software and digital charting Strong communication and interpersonal skills Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented Commitment to patient care and clinical excellence Preferred (Not Required) Experience in private practice Experience with digital scanners or advanced procedures CPR/BLS certification What We Offer Competitive compensation Supportive and professional work environment Consistent schedule Opportunities for growth and continued learning Modern technology and systems How to Apply Please submit your resume and a brief introduction.
