The ideal candidate will possess strong chair-side assistance skills, a solid understanding of dental terminology, and experience in four-handed dentistry. Proficiency in instrument sterilization and inventory management is essential, along with a commitment to maintaining accurate file records. Familiarity with programs such as TDO, Carestream, and DEXIS is a plus. While experience in a dental setting is appreciated, we prioritize personality and a strong work ethic over experience alone.
