Smile Dental is looking for a Dental Hygienist with at least 2 years of experience to join our growing team in Moreno Valley, CA for 2 days per week on Mondays, Tuesdays or Wednesdays . We are a private, family-owned practice that is committed to providing the highest quality of care in a modern, friendly environment. We are looking for a motivated, friendly, and personable individual who is interested in growing with us. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to demonstrate exceptional customer service and patient care skills. Responsibilities: Assess oral health problems and provide solutions and explanations Take and record vital signs and medical history Educate patients and families on proper oral health practices and give them samples of dental care products to test for quality Give preventative or temporary treatments (such as x-rays, fluoride treatments etc.)according to the treatment plan developed by the dentist Take and document physical and mental health records Assist dentists with various dental procedures (such as x-rays, cleaning, filling, etc.)and other dental health related tasks Experience: Dental hygienist license At least 2 years of experience in a dental office Experience in using dental instruments is preferred (e.g. x-ray machine, polishing machines etc.) CPR certified Experienced with Laser treatment and Arestin Pay: Up to $450.00 per day Work Location: In person
