We are seeking a skilled, dependable Dental Hygienist who values quality over volume and wants to work in a well-organized, patient-centered office. What You’ll Do Provide thorough, gentle, evidence-based hygiene care Perform periodontal assessments, SRP, prophy, fluoride, sealants, and patient education Take and interpret digital X-rays Capture digital intraoral scans for diagnostics and treatment planning Collaborate closely with the doctor and clinical team Maintain accurate clinical notes and strict infection-control standards Build trust and long-term relationships with patients What We’re Looking For Active California RDH license Local anesthesia license preferred Comfortable with digital dentistry, including intraoral scanners Strong clinical skills with a patient-first, conservative approach Professional, reliable, and emotionally steady Excellent communication and chairside manner High ethical standards and team mindset What We Offer $63–$68/hour pay range Medical benefits Dental benefits Paid time off (PTO) Monday–Thursday schedule (no weekends) Consistent, well-paced days Fully digital workflows Supportive doctor and drama-free culture Long-term stability in an established boutique practice This is not a high-pressure, production-chasing office.
