Dental Assistant – Full Time Relax and Smile Dental Care – Downtown Miami, FL Relax and Smile Dental Care is seeking a full-time Dental Assistant to join our modern, fast-paced dental office in Downtown Miami. Responsibilities Assist dentists during a variety of dental procedures Prepare, sterilize, and maintain treatment rooms and instruments Take dental X-rays and digital impressions using intraoral scanners (iTero) Support Invisalign workflows and patient education Use Open Dental software for scheduling and patient records Educate patients on post-treatment care and oral hygiene Ensure compliance with OSHA and infection control protocols Provide a welcoming and professional patient experience Perform administrative duties as needed (phones, scheduling, supplies) Requirements 2–3 years of Dental Assisting experience in the U.S. (required) High school diploma required; dental assistant training preferred CDA or RDA certification (preferred) Experience with intraoral scanners and Invisalign (strongly preferred) Proficiency with Open Dental software (preferred) English required; bilingual English/Spanish (preferred) Strong communication, organization, and attention to detail Reliable transportation to Downtown Miami Schedule Monday–Friday (no weekends) Full-time, flexible hours Compensation & Benefits $18.00 – $24.00 per hour , based on experience Performance-based bonuses Paid Time Off (PTO), paid sick time, and paid holidays Dental insurance Employee discounts Free parking Ongoing training and professional development Friendly, collaborative team culture Work in a clean, modern office with advanced technology Work Location: In person If you meet the qualifications and are looking to grow your career in a positive and professional dental practice, we’d love to hear from you.
