Clinical Responsibility

Prepare and maintain treatment rooms by ensuring all instruments, materials, and equipment are sterilized, organized, and compliant with OSHA, CDC, and state infection‑control standards.
Provide comprehensive chairside assistance during restorative, surgical, and preventive procedures, including implant placements, crown preparations, and clear‑aligner evaluations.
Support dental implant procedures by preparing surgical trays, managing sterile fields, assisting with implant placement workflows, and ensuring accurate documentation of implant components.
Assist with temporary crown fabrication and placement, including preparing materials, managing impressions or digital scans, and ensuring proper fit and patient comfort.
Facilitate Invisalign and other clear‑aligner treatments by capturing high‑quality digital scans or impressions, reviewing aligner delivery protocols, and educating patients on wear and care instructions.
Capture, process, and document dental radiographs in accordance with state regulations and radiation‑safety standards (if certified).
Operate and maintain clinical equipment, including suction devices, curing lights, digital scanners, and sterilization systems, ensuring proper function and safety.
Monitor patient comfort and safety throughout procedures, review medical histories, and provide clear pre‑operative and post‑operative instructions.
Manage clinical inventory by tracking supplies, preparing materials for upcoming procedures, and communicating replenishment needs to maintain efficient workflow.
