Greets patients in friendly manner and assists them through self-scheduling at kiosks or online. Manages the patient waiting area proactively by addressing patient needs and communicating wait times. Performs daily inventory of medical and office supplies and communicates ordering needs to the practitioner on duty. Ensures all patients complete customer engagement surveys.
