Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and compassionate Orthodontic Treatment Coordinator to join our vibrant Orthodontic team. In this important role, you will serve as the primary liaison between patients and our Orthodontist, guiding patients through their treatment journey with enthusiasm and professionalism. Duties Welcome new patients with warmth and enthusiasm, establishing a friendly rapport from the first interaction Educate patients about orthodontic treatment options, procedures, and expected outcomes clearly and confidently Coordinate treatment schedules, appointments, and follow-up visits to ensure seamless patient flow Assist patients with understanding financial arrangements, insurance benefits, and payment plans to facilitate treatment acceptance Maintain accurate patient records, including medical history, treatment plans, and progress notes using dental office management software Collaborate closely with orthodontists and dental staff to ensure all patient needs are met efficiently Provide exceptional administrative support by managing phone calls, appointment reminders, and patient inquiries promptly Provide orthodontic clinical assistance when needed. Experience Prior experience working in a Orthodontic / Dental office environment is highly preferred Strong knowledge of Dental terminology related to orthodontics and dentistry enhances communication with patients and team members Proven ability to support Orthodontic / Dental administrative tasks such as scheduling, billing, and insurance processing Office experience demonstrating organizational skills and attention to detail is essential Experience in a dental office settingâparticularly orthodonticsâis a significant advantage Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and reassure patients of all ages Ability to handle sensitive information discreetly while maintaining professionalism at all times Join us in creating confident smiles while enjoying a supportive work environment that values your dedication!
