Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and the importance of preventive care. Assist dentists during examinations and procedures as needed. Maintain accurate patient records and document treatment plans using Denticon software. Ensure compliance with infection control protocols and safety standards. Monitor vital signs when necessary and report any concerns to the dental team. Requirements Valid dental hygiene license in the state of Texas. Experience with dental assisting is a plus but not mandatory. Proficient in using Dentrix or similar dental software. Excellent communication skills and a compassionate approach to patient care.
