About the Role: We are seeking a dynamic Dental Assistant to make our dental office even more efficient and enjoyable for patients and staff. Prepare patients for treatments or checkups with comfort in mind. Set up instruments, equipment, and materials as needed. Follow strict sterilization protocols. Assist the dentist through 4-handed dentistry techniques. Provide oral hygiene and post-operative care instructions. Keep treatment rooms clean, organized, and fully stocked. Schedule appointments and manage patient records. Support lab tasks and payment procedures. What We’re Looking For: Experience: Minimum 3 years as a Dental Assistant. Ortho/Endo Experience Preferred Certifications: Valid Radiography and CPR certification. Skills: Knowledge of dental instruments and sterilization, computer proficiency, attention to detail, and excellent communication. Education: High school diploma required; graduation from a dental assistant school is preferred. Bonus Points: EFDA certification or additional training.
