Compensation & Benefits Base salary + % of production Expected earnings: $300k–$625k in year 1 , with growth in year 2 and beyond Paid malpractice insurance Paid license renewal (up to $500/year) Annual CE reimbursement Paid time off + holidays Health, dental, and disability coverage 401(k) with match Relocation assistance considered Qualifications DDS/DMD from an accredited dental school Unrestricted license in Tennessee (or ability to obtain) All-on-4 / All-on-X experience Removable prosthodontics experience AEGD, GPR, or Prosthodontics residency preferred Strong interpersonal and patient communication skills Experience placing 300+ implants preferred Duties Diagnose and treatment plan All-on-4/All-on-X cases Educate patients on treatment options Collaborate with surgeons and lab team to deliver same-day and next-day prosthetics Deliver high-quality prosthetics to established NDI standards Build rapport with patients and staff for strong continuity of care A Day in the Life Review CBCT scans and develop prosthetic plans Surgical and restorative treatment Work with the in-house lab to create prescriptions and deliver prosthetics Deliver permanent restorations Provide options for single teeth implants, implant bridges, snap-on dentures, and traditional dentures Follow up with patients to ensure long-term success At Nashville Dentures & Implants, we’re passionate about transforming lives through new smiles.
