Job Title: Dental Hygiene Clinic Receptionist Location: Houston, TX Campus Schedule: Full-Time & Part-Time Benefits Eligible (FTE & PTB) Pay: $16.51 - $19.82 per hour Be the Welcoming Face of Our Dental Clinic Join our Houston campus as the Dental Hygiene Clinic Receptionist. In this key role, you will be the first point of contact for our patients and a vital support for our students. Your organization and customer service will ensure our clinic runs smoothly and professionally. Your Core Responsibilities: Schedule and confirm patient appointments. Answer phone calls and greet visitors with a professional demeanor. Maintain accurate and confidential patient records in full HIPAA compliance. Process clinic payments and support basic bookkeeping. Guide and mentor dental hygiene students during front-desk rotations. Use dental software and manage standard office equipment. Do You Qualify? (Minimum Requirements) 1+ years of experience as a dental receptionist or in a dental front office. Strong communication skills —both verbal and written. Proficiency with computers and standard office software. High school diploma or equivalent. Preferred: Hands-on experience with dental office software (e.g., Dentrix, Eaglesoft).
