Permanent Dental Receptionist / Front Desk Job in Phoenix, AZ

We are a family-owned, luxury dental practice in North Phoenix seeking an experienced Lead Dental Assistant to support our doctors and clinical team in delivering advanced dental procedures including implant surgery and full mouth rehab dentistry in a calm, patient-centered environment. We do not accept insurance , allowing our clinical team to focus on excellence, efficiency, and patient experienceânot volume dentistry. This role is ideal for a confident, detail-driven assistant who thrives in leadership, sets the clinical standard for the team, and takes pride in delivering exceptional patient care. Key Responsibilities Chair-side assisting for full mouth rehab, implants, and surgery procedures Chair-side assisting with patients under general anesthesia Ensure operatories are prepared, organized, and running efficiently Oversee ordering supplies and keeping track of office inventory Maintain OSHA, infection control, and sterilization protocols Support scheduling flow and coordination with front office and treatment coordinator Ensure accurate clinical documentation in Open Dental Assist with training and onboarding of clinical team members Communicate professionally and calmly with patients, especially those receiving sedation Contribute to an elevated, luxury patient experience Qualifications 5+ years experience as a Dental Assistant (lead or senior role preferred) Strong experience with advanced restorative and/or implant dentistry Experience assisting and working with anesthesiologist Comfort assisting with sedation dentistry and managing patient anxiety Excellent clinical organization and time-management skills Professional, composed, and patient-focused demeanor Experience using Open Dental is a plus Current Arizona Dental Assistant requirements (radiography, CPR, etc.) Compensation & Benefits Competitive base pay based on experience Opportunity for performance-based incentives Stable, full-time position in a family-owned, non-corporate practice Consistent schedule and supportive clinical leadership Long-term growth opportunity within a high-end practice Why Join Our Practice Fee-for-service model focused on quality, not speed Advanced clinical procedures and modern technology Respectful, team-oriented culture Patients who value comfort, trust, and premium care Job Type: Full-time Location: Phoenix, AZ (in-office) If you are a skilled Dental Assistant ready to step into a leadership role within a refined, high-performing practice, we invite you to apply!
