What You’ll Be Doing: Connecting with patients and making them feel at home Assisting with procedures: Wire placements Appliance deliveries Bonding/Debonding Band seating Patient education Taking intraoral photos and digital scans Pouring impressions, mounting models, and fabricating Essix-type retainers/splints Maintaining sterilization protocols and cleanliness Charting electronically and supporting daily clinical operations (stocking, inventory, etc.) What We’re Looking For: Previous orthodontic assisting experience A positive, professional attitude Strong attention to detail and communication skills A passion for helping others and contributing to a great team What We Offer: Highly competitive pay Consistent hours(33–35 per week) Paid time off + paid holidays 401(k) with company match Health insurance Incentive bonuses A team culture that values fun, growth, and excellence
