Responsibilities: Assist surgeon during surgical procedures, ensuring all necessary instruments and supplies are available Prepare operatories by sterilizing equipment and setting up surgical tools Maintain a sterile environment throughout the surgical procedure Anticipate the needs of the surgeon and provide assistance as required Perform patient assessments before and after surgery Document patient information, medical history, and surgical procedures in medical records Assist with dental coding and billing processes Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care Traits we are looking for: Excellent communication skills - you are the first impression of our team!
