Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Dental Assistant to join our dynamic dental practice for a part time position 1-2 days a week. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in providing high-quality patient care in a supportive and efficient environment. This position involves assisting the dentist during procedures, managing patient records, and ensuring the clinic operates smoothly while adhering to all health and safety regulations. Duties Assist the dentist with chairside procedures, including four-handed dentistry techniques. Prepare and maintain dental instruments and equipment, ensuring proper sterilization and infection control protocols are followed. Take dental X-rays, utilizing knowledge of medical imaging techniques. Qualifications Previous experience in a dental clinic setting is preferred but not required Ability to perform chairside assisting duties effectively while maintaining patient comfort. Strong communication skills to interact positively with patients and team members. Willingness to learn is essential We have friendly doctors and team members willing to help train.
