Job Title: Dental Assistant Location: East Peoria, IL Job Type: Contract Pay Rate: $25 – $32 per hour Job Summary: "Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking a skilled Dental Assistant to support our clinical team in delivering exceptional patient care in a collaborative dental practice. This role involves a variety of clinical responsibilities, excellent communication, and patient service skills, with opportunities for professional development. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and maintain treatment rooms according to established protocols Assist the dentist during procedures, including instrument setup, suctioning, and passing instruments Prepare patients for treatment and provide comfort and support Perform radiographs and assist with diagnostic procedures Sterilize instruments and maintain infection-control standards Educate patients on oral hygiene and postoperative care Accurately document dental care services in patient records Support emergency preparedness and maintain CPR certification Maintain confidentiality and contribute to a safe, professional work environment Qualifications: Required: Completion of an accredited Dental Assistant program or minimum one year of hands-on Dental Assistant experience CPR certification X-ray training or certification Preferred: Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) For more details contact at pmohanty@navitashealth.com or Call / Text at 516-806-4227 .
