Proven production performance and excellent patient communication skills. A team-focused clinician who thrives in a collaborative environment. High standards for quality, ethics, and elevated patient experience. Experience with implants and veneers is highly valued. Active CE participation; advanced training (Spear, Pankey, Kois, Dawson, Misch, etc.) is ideal but not required. Schedule: 4 days per week , including one evening until 7 PM. $200,000+ income potential based on percentage of collections. Initial daily rate available for stability as the patient base builds.
