Responsibilities Prepare and break down treatment rooms following OSHA and infection control protocols Assist the dentist during procedures (four-handed dentistry) including general, restorative, endodontic, prosthodontic, and surgical cases Take and process digital X-rays and intraoral photos Sterilize instruments and maintain proper inventory and operatory organization Chairside assistance, suctioning, instrument transfer, and patient comfort Set up trays and materials for scheduled procedures Assist with impressions, temporaries, crown/bridge, extractions, and implants (experience preferred) Record clinical notes and assist with charting as needed Ensure a clean, safe, and professional clinical environment Provide excellent chairside manners and patient education when appropriate Qualifications Dental Assistant experience required (at least 1 year preferred) X-ray certification (required) Knowledge of dental instruments, materials, and procedures Strong understanding of infection control and sterilization protocols Experience with digital dental software (Dentrix Ascend experience is a plus) Professional appearance, punctual, and dependable Strong communication and teamwork skills What We Offer Competitive pay (based on experience) Supportive and respectful work environment Modern equipment and digital dentistry Consistent schedule Opportunity for growth and long-term stability How to Apply Apply through Indeed or send your resume to Bright Dental .
