Pay & Perks $50–$60 per hour , depending on experience Sign-on/Relocation Bonus: $2,000 (full-time) $1,000 (part-time) Health insurance Paid time off & paid sick time All major holidays off Discounted dental care for employees Schedule Full-time or part-time available 10-hour shifts Flexible scheduling with a strong focus on work–life balance Responsibilities Provide high-quality preventive and periodontal hygiene care Build strong, trusting relationships with patients Take digital radiographs and intraoral images Educate patients on oral hygiene and treatment recommendations Maintain accurate charting and clinical notes Prepare and maintain clean treatment rooms and instruments Qualifications Licensed Dental Hygienist in Washington State Graduate of an accredited dental hygiene program Current CPR certification 1–2 years of experience preferred (new grads welcome!)
