Position: Associate Dentist We’re looking for a motivated, patient-focused dentist to join our team. What You’ll Do Provide comprehensive dental care to patients of all ages (preventive, restorative, endodontics, extractions, etc.) Utilize in-office technologies (e.g. CEREC) for efficient, high-quality restorations Collaborate with team members (hygienists, assistants, front office) to deliver excellent patient experience Develop treatment plans and communicate options clearly to patients Stay abreast of the latest in dental techniques and materials Occasionally assist or participate in community outreach, patient education What We’re Looking For DDS or DMD degree from accredited dental school State licensure (or ability to obtain) in Illinois Strong clinical skills and ability to work independently Excellent communication and patient rapport skills A commitment to continual learning and delivering quality care Experience with CEREC or CAD/CAM systems is a plus (or willingness to train) Comfort working with diverse patient populations, including children Why Work With Us?
