Permanent Dentist Job in Chicago, IL
Be willing to perform all normal duties of a licensed General Dentist. Be willing to go outside your comfort zone (with guidance) to become proficient and therefore more productive at procedures you are currently not comfortable doing - i.e. molar endo, surgical 3rd molar exts, implants, etc. Even better if you're already comfortable with these procedures. Be willing to learn in depth how PPO insurances work; and then be willing to discuss this with patients while you're explaining the treatment plan. After the initial learning curve, you will be more efficient and be able to properly delegate responsibilities. Compensation based on production.
