Responsibilities: Diagnose and treat oral health conditions Perform general dentistry procedures (fillings, crowns, bridges, extractions, endo, etc.) Deliver exceptional patient care and build strong patient relationships Educate patients on oral hygiene and preventive care Lead and collaborate with the dental team to ensure smooth operations Maintain accurate records and comply with safety protocols Qualifications: DDS/DMD degree from US accredited dental school General Dentist with Pediatric experience or Pediatric Residency trained Active Texas dental license in good standing and applicable certifications 3-5- years professional clinical experience Practice Description: Joy Pediatric Dental Center Privately owned building with separate Pediatric entrance and pass through to Joy Dental Center Dedicated pediatric wing with: 3 hygiene chairs Surgical/sedation suite Pano with ortho attachment Cethlemetice ortho X-ray capabilities Staffing model : Pediatric side has its own front desk , and operatory team, with administrative float support between our general and dedicated pediatric area. Starting schedule : 2 days/week, with growth to 3–4 days/week based on demand.
