And every job has dirty dishes. Our secret sauce is that we all share the dirty dishes and I listen and respect your opinion. But we can't just let everyone join our team. We are building an all star team. Not everyone is going to be a good fit. We want the right personality to fit the team. That is more important than your current skills. We'll teach you, train you, mentor you, and you won't feel like you don' get it. You'll feel like you are being brought up to speed. You'll feel like even though you've asked the same question 29 times no one is bugged with you.
