About Us : Our pediatric dental startup is growing fast, and weâre looking for someone who loves working with kids, is a great team player, and is ready to join a fun, fast-paced office in Burbank! Weâre all about making dental visits enjoyable, efficient, and stress-free for kids and parents alike. Position Summary : Weâre seeking a Back Office Assistant (DA or RDA) who is reliable, upbeat, and loves pediatric dentistry. Whether youâre helping with cleanings, assisting chairside, or giving kids high-fives after their appointmentâyouâre a key part of creating a positive dental experience. Key Responsibilities: Assist with pediatric exams and cleanings Take x-rays and assist chairside during treatments Set up and sterilize instruments and rooms Help keep kids calm, happy, and entertained Stock rooms and maintain supply inventory Support the team with overflow patients and daily flow What Weâre Looking For : Active DA or RDA license in CA Experience in pediatrics is a plus (but we can train the right person) Positive, can-do attitude Team player who loves working with kids CPR certified Bilingual (Spanish) is a bonus Perks & Benefits : Paid holidays and PTO; 401K matching (retirement), continuing education credits Supportive doctor and staff Flexible growth opportunities Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: $19.00 - $27.00 per hour Benefits: 401(k) matching Continuing education credits Flexible schedule On-the-job training Paid time off Work Location: In person
