Compensation & Benefits Expected Annual Earnings: $250,000â$300,000+ Base Salary: $150,000 guaranteed for contract period Compensation Structure: Tiered % of collections Up to $40,000: 30% $40,000.01â$50,000: 32.5% Above $50,000: 35% CE Allowance: Up to $3,000 (matched for CE) Professional Liability Insurance: Covered by the practice PTO: 8 days after 1 year of employment Schedule: MondayâThursday, 8 a.m.â5 p.m. (190 working days per year) The Opportunity Join a rapidly expanding private practice with six existing locations and more planned .
