Compensation & Benefits Ownership Track: Structured transition to ownership Earning Potential: $250,000â$300,000 annually Compensation Model: Percentage of adjusted production Continuing Education: $2,000 annual allowance Benefits: Comprehensive medical, dental, and 401(k) package Schedule: Full-time; Monday through Friday with a half-day on Fridays (no weekends) Practice Overview Operatories: 6 total (including 3 hygiene rooms) Technology: iTero scanner, full implant setup Clinical Team: 3 hygienists Patient Base: Primarily adults within a family-practice setting Payor Mix: PPO and FFS Responsibilities Deliver comprehensive general dentistry with an emphasis on quality and patient satisfaction Collaborate with a team of dental assistants, hygienists, and administrative staff to ensure seamless patient care Participate in treatment planning and execution across a broad range of services Engage in leadership development with a focus on future ownership and operational management of the practice Candidate Profile DDS/DMD degree with active Texas dental license Minimum of 3 years clinical experience preferred (AEGD/GPR completion a plus INDDROP03
