Key Responsibilities: Conduct thorough assessments of patients' oral health, including teeth, gums, and bones, and communicate findings to the dentist Provide compassionate care to patients, particularly those in pain or discomfort Educate patients on oral health, including any abnormalities or conditions identified during the assessment Perform a wide range of dental hygiene services, including but not limited to: x-rays, exams, fluoride treatments, scaling and root planing and prophylaxis Teach patients effective oral hygiene techniques to maintain optimal oral health Maintain patient confidentiality and protect operations Adhere to all OSHA, CDC, and infection control guidelines to maintain a safe and clean working environment Qualifications: Active Dental Hygienist License in the state of Texas Committed to putting the health and well-being of patients first Strong knowledge of dentistry practices and procedures Ability to maintain a confidential and safe working environment New graduates are welcome to apply!
