Full Time Dental Hygienist - Dr. Schrott Dental Group - Belmont, MA

Full-time position available for a dental hygienist at our well-established boutique periodontal practice in Belmont, MA. We are a privately owned practice—not a DSO—dedicated to delivering exceptional, evidence-based periodontal and dental implant care. Our practice is low-volume and high-quality, and our hygienists have full autonomy in determining appropriate appointment lengths for their patients. We are a small, cohesive team consisting of two periodontists, two dental hygienists, two dental assistants, and three administrative staff members. Our practice is well established, and we treat a broad range of complex periodontal and dental implant cases. Our patients are well educated, motivated, and pleasant, and our staff enjoy a warm, friendly, and supportive work environment. Staff retention is excellent, with most team members remaining with the practice for many years. We are seeking a friendly, articulate, enthusiastic, detail-oriented, and experienced dental hygienist for a full-time schedule of at least four days per week. Candidates must be proficient in administering local anesthesia and performing scaling and root planing. Applicants must live within a 30-minute commute of our office.
