Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Dental Assistant to join our dynamic dental practice. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in providing high-quality dental care to our patients, ensuring their comfort and safety during procedures. This position requires a strong understanding of dental terminology, aseptic techniques, and familiarity with various dental procedures. Duties Assist the dentist during examinations and procedures by preparing instruments and materials. Take and develop dental X-rays, ensuring proper safety protocols are followed. Maintain a clean and organized clinical environment, adhering to aseptic techniques. Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and post-treatment care. Manage patient records using Dentrix software, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality. Prepare treatment rooms for patient visits, including sterilizing instruments and setting up necessary equipment. Support various specialties such as endodontics and pediatric dentistry as needed. Assist in the management of inventory for dental supplies and materials. Resume required, references required, X-ray certified, DA certification required, experience +1 year, pay upon experience, longevity in previous jobs.
