Boston Dental is a patient-focused, state-of-the-art dental clinic located in the heart of Boston. We’re currently seeking a talented Associate Dentist with at least 3 years of experience to join our growing team. If you’re passionate about transforming smiles and want to work in a practice that values growth, communication, and patient-first care—this opportunity is for you, which includes 4 day work-weeks. What You’ll Do Conduct comprehensive patient examinations and create individualized treatment plans Perform preventive, restorative, and cosmetic dental procedures Build strong, long-term patient relationships based on trust and comfort Educate patients on oral hygiene and treatment options Collaborate with fellow providers and support staff to deliver an exceptional care experience Stay current on best practices and dental innovations through ongoing education What We’re Looking For Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) or Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree Active dental license in Massachusetts Minimum 3 years of clinical experience Proficiency in general dentistry procedures BLS or CPR certification Strong communication and diagnostic skills Commitment to professional integrity and high-quality patient care Why Join Boston Dental?
