We are a friendly, patient-focused dental office looking for a dependable Dental Assistant to join our team. Responsibilities include: Chairside assisting during dental procedures Preparing and sterilizing instruments and treatment rooms Taking dental X-rays (per state requirements) Ensuring patient comfort and excellent care Updating patient records and assisting with office flow Following OSHA and infection control standards Sterilize dental instruments Hand instruments to dentists during procedures Dry patients’ mouths using suction hoses and other equipment Instruct patients in proper oral hygiene Schedule patient appointments Make temporary crowns Place composite fillings Impressions/ digital scanning Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $16.00 per hour Benefits: 401(k) 401(k) matching Employee discount Health insurance On-the-job training Paid time off Vision insurance Experience: Dental assisting: 1 year (Preferred) License/Certification: X-Ray Certification (Required) Work Location: In person
