MUST HAVE DENTAL EXPERIENCE. This role is vital in ensuring smooth operations and enhancing patient experiences as part of our commitment to excellence in restorative dentistry. Responsibilities Greet patients warmly and manage the reception area efficiently. Schedule appointments and manage patient records with accuracy. Main responsibilities is to verify insurance information and assist with billing inquiries. Maintain compliance with HIPAA regulations and ensure patient confidentiality. Communicate effectively with dental professionals to coordinate patient care. Handle phone inquiries professionally and provide information about services. Assist in managing office supplies and maintaining a clean workspace. Participate in ongoing training to stay updated on industry standards. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in medical or dental administration is a plus. Proven experience in a dental or medical office setting is essential. Strong knowledge of managed care principles and insurance verification processes. Familiarity with medical terminology, coding (CPT, ICD-9, ICD-10), and HIPAA regulations.
