Job Overview We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) to join our dental team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional chairside assistance, ensure infection control standards are maintained, and support the delivery of high-quality dental care across various specialties. Duties Assist dentists during a variety of dental procedures using four-handed dentistry techniques Prepare treatment rooms with sterilized instruments and supplies, adhering to aseptic techniques Take and develop dental X-rays, including 3D scans, ensuring proper radiation safety protocols are followed Record vital signs and medical history accurately in electronic health records (EHR) systems: We use Eaglesoft Manage patient flow efficiently by scheduling appointments and updating medical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations Educate patients on oral health care practices and post-treatment instructions Maintain infection control standards by sterilizing instruments and disinfecting treatment areas regularly Assist with medical imaging procedures and document findings appropriately Support administrative tasks as needed. Experience Knowledge of HIPAA regulations, infection control procedures, and aseptic techniques is required Experience with dental radiography including X-ray CBCT Ability to perform chairside assisting efficiently while maintaining excellent patient rapport Strong understanding of dental terminology, anatomy knowledge, and medical terminology relevant to dentistry Prior exposure to specialized fields such as prosthodontics or endodontics will be considered an asset This position provides an engaging environment for professional growth within a supportive team dedicated to delivering outstanding patient care.
