Duties Welcome patients warmly, schedule appointments, and manage patient flow efficiently to maximize practice productivity. Educate patients on treatment options, procedures, and financial arrangements with clarity and enthusiasm. Coordinate treatment plans between orthodontists, patients, and insurance providers to ensure seamless care delivery. Follow up with patients regarding appointments, payments, and post-treatment instructions to maintain engagement. Maintain accurate patient records, update treatment notes, and ensure confidentiality in compliance with healthcare regulations. Assist in processing insurance claims and verifying coverage details to facilitate smooth billing processes. Support administrative tasks such as answering phones, managing correspondence, and organizing patient files to keep the office running smoothly. Requirements Prior experience in a medical or dental office setting is highly preferred; familiarity with orthodontic or dental terminology is a plus. Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication skills to clearly explain treatment plans and answer patient questions confidently. Knowledge of medical administrative support functions including scheduling, billing, and insurance processing. Office experience demonstrating professionalism, attention to detail, and customer service excellence. Ability to work collaboratively with team members while maintaining a positive attitude.
