We are looking for a full-time RDA to join our team. Skills Fluency in English and Spanish Knowledge of dental instruments and sterilization methods Understanding of health & safety regulations Excellent communication and people skills Well-organized and reliable Current dental assistant license Responsibilities Assist the dentist during examinations and procedures by providing chairside support and ensuring a sterile environment. Utilize dental terminology to communicate effectively with patients and staff. Perform tasks such as taking X-rays, preparing materials, and managing patient records using EMR systems. Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-treatment care while ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations. Maintain equipment and instruments through proper sterilization techniques. Communicate with patients in both English and Spanish to enhance patient experience. Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $13.00 per hour Benefits: Paid time off Work Location: In person
