As we expand within Virginia, we are seeking a relationship-driven Dental Hygienist Brand Ambassador to build and strengthen our network of dental offices and hygienists throughout the Richmond region. Position Overview The Dental Hygienist Brand Ambassador – Territory Relationship Specialist will represent A & A Dental Employment across the Richmond, VA territory. This role is perfect for a licensed hygienist who enjoys connecting with others, fostering professional relationships, and being an active part of the local dental community. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain strong relationships with dental offices in Richmond and surrounding areas through in-person visits, follow-up communication, and tailored support. Network with dental hygienists across the territory at study clubs, CE events, local meetings, community gatherings, and online platforms. Temp at local offices to strengthen office relationships Promote A & A Dental Employment’s staffing services and career opportunities to both dental teams and hygienists. Conduct office introductions and build rapport with decision-makers and front-office teams. Identify opportunities for local outreach events, partnerships, and community engagement. Collect feedback from dental offices and hygienists to share with the leadership team, supporting continuous improvement. Serve as a trusted, approachable, and knowledgeable presence within the Richmond dental community.
