```Duties``` - Perform dental hygiene procedures, including cleaning teeth, removing plaque and tartar, and applying fluoride treatments - Conduct patient assessments, including taking and recording vital signs, medical history, and dental charting - Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and provide personalized recommendations for at-home care - Assist the dentist during procedures by preparing materials and instruments, taking impressions, and providing suction - Administer local anesthesia and nitrous oxide as needed - Take and develop dental x-rays - Maintain accurate and detailed patient records using dental office systems such as Eaglesoft, Dentrix or Easy Dental - Follow infection control protocols to ensure a safe and clean environment for patients and staff ```Qualifications``` - Valid state dental hygiene license - Strong knowledge of dental anatomy, medical terminology, and oral health conditions - Proficient in taking and interpreting dental x-rays - Familiarity with medical coding and documentation practices - Excellent communication skills to effectively educate patients on oral health care - Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate with other dental professionals We offer competitive compensation packages, including benefits such as: - Health insurance coverage - Retirement savings plans - Paid time off and holidays Work Days: Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday If you are a skilled Dental Hygienist looking to join a dynamic team in a modern dental practice, we would love to hear from you.
