Work directly with specialists in a surgical periodontal and implant practice Hands-on experience with advanced surgical procedures Supportive, energetic team culture Growth and development opportunities in a specialty field Competitive pay based on experience: $21â$27/hr Duties Assist the dentist during surgical procedures by preparing and passing instruments with precision and efficiency Maintain a sterile environment using aseptic techniques and infection control protocols to ensure patient safety Take dental X-rays and 3D scans, accurately documenting findings for diagnosis and treatment planning Ensure adherence to infection control standards through proper sterilization of instruments and equipment Requirements Proven experience as a dental assistant Strong knowledge of dental assisting techniques including four-handed dentistry and chairside support Ability to operate dental imaging equipment Knowledge of HIPAA regulations to maintain patient confidentiality at all times Understanding of infection control practices Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and educate patients about procedures Certification in radiography (X-ray) & ICE is required Ability to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced setting Join our team where your skills will make a real difference!
