Weâre seeking an experienced and motivated Lead Dental Assistant to join our growing team and help us deliver an exceptional patient experience. Responsibilities Support the dentist during a variety of dental procedures including exams, restorative, extractions, implants, and root canals. Provide excellent chairside assistance and ensure patient comfort throughout treatment. Perform expanded functions (X-rays, impressions, temporaries, etc.) as permitted by certification. Manage clinical flow and help train/mentor junior dental assistants. Assist with treatment planning and patient education. Maintain infection control protocols, sterilization processes, and operatory organization. Help coordinate with front office staff for scheduling and smooth daily operations. Qualifications Florida Expanded Functions Dental Assistant (EFDA) certification required. Current CPR certification. Minimum 2â3 years of clinical experience preferred, with leadership or mentorship experience a plus. Proficient in digital scanning and comfortable with the latest technology Strong communication and organizational skills. A team-first mindset with the ability to adapt in a fast-growing private practice. Passion for providing patient-centered care in a calm, welcoming environment.
