Office Manager – Mountain View Pediatric Dentistry Great Falls, MT | Full-Time Mountain View Pediatric Dentistry is a locally owned, community-focused pediatric dental practice dedicated to providing exceptional care for children and families. We are seeking a friendly, organized, and proactive Office Manager to help ensure smooth, positive experiences for our patients and parents. Position Overview The Office Manager oversees daily operations, supports staff, and works closely with Dr. Rich to maintain efficient, professional, and family-centered service. This role includes leadership, scheduling, financial coordination, and maintaining a positive team culture. Key Responsibilities Help with all front office operations, including scheduling, check-in/check-out, billing, and patient communication Maintain insurance processes, including verification, claims, and patient financial estimates Monitor daily schedules to optimize patient flow and provider efficiency Model practice policies, communication standards, and a child-friendly environment Address parent questions, escalated concerns, and occasional difficult situations with professionalism and kindness Work directly with Dr. Rich on systems and goals Be an encouraging, positive, and flexible team member Qualifications Prior dental office experience required (pediatric experience preferred) Office management or team leadership experience strongly preferred Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to multitask, stay organized, and remain calm in busy or stressful moments Familiarity with dental insurance, billing, and administrative workflow Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new systems Positive, solution-oriented mindset and commitment to a healthy team culture Schedule & Benefits Full-time position (4 to 4.5 days per week) Competitive pay based on experience Paid time off Retirement plan Attendance Bonus Work in a supportive, fun pediatric environment with a stable and caring team How to Apply Please send your resume and a brief cover letter introduction to apply.
