What Youâll Do Assist our surgical team chairside during life-changing implant surgeries Prepare surgical rooms, instruments, and technology for same-day full-arch treatments Provide patients with comfort and support before, during, and after procedures Take and process CBCT scans, digital x-rays, and intraoral photos Maintain strict sterilization and infection control protocols Manage and track surgical supplies and inventory Collaborate with a passionate team that truly loves what they do What Weâre Looking For 2+ years of dental assisting experience required (surgical/implant strongly preferred) Radiology certification required Experience with surgical instrumentation and sterile technique Familiarity with Open Dental is a plus Positive, dependable, and a true team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment Passionate about patient care and ready to make a difference Why Join Smile Now Reno?
